Here is yet another mojito smoothie from sunkist.com. The original recipe did not have any rum in it so of course we have to spike it!
4 oz rum
1 cup fresh-squeezed SunkistĀ® lime juice
2 bananas, peeled, quartered

There is nothing more refreshing than a big glass of Mojito. Too make it even more refreshing change it to a smoothie!

Over at flowercarole.com they have a recipe for a Watermelon Margarita. Sounds really tasty.
2 1/2 cups seedless watermelon
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

The amount of pineapple vs. coconut really depends on taste if you want it coconutty or pinapply. The banana gives extra texture and makes it more like a smoothie. For an even thicker smoothie just add more ice.
